Xanga has a super cool new feature where you can record a video to your blog from your webcam. The coolest thing about it was that it entertained my kids for about an hour! We kept recording videos and watching them over and over. I've never heard Delaney laugh so hard, it was fun.

i'm about to start getting certified in yoga and one of my focuses will youth yoga, particularly toddlers. have you tried to incorporate yoga into their activities?
i have a theory that through daily incorporations of yoga and breathing/relaxation sessions you can dramatically reduce the risk of ADD/HD or reduce symptoms if already diagnosed.
